After completing an email questionnaire that will help you focus on the current issues causing you concern we will chat by phone or online. During this 30 minute call we will look at what is holding you back from achieving movement in the areas you are currently not feeling joyful about. We will then see how we can work together on your personal blueprint to bring about more fruitful outcomes. 

The consistency of regular sessions will provide you with ongoing support and accountability. It will also be an opportunity to check in on your new insights and assess any underlying blockages that may be sabotaging your efforts. 

To enable you to assess your investment in yourself, my fees are currently £49.00 per hour (£40 after tax)  The 30 mins assessment call is to open up a conversation and is free of charge.You are under no obligation to go any further than that call. 

I am available in person in South Derbyshire/Staffordshire or online.

I aim to make this service available to everyone who is keen to be supported by me and happy to consider a concessionary rate. To that end I am open to discussion should the investment be holding you back from taking action. Please don't suffer in silence.
