A beautiful article by Nick Cave about how he connects with his loved ones who have died before going on stage. I can recommend Red Hand Files. Nick writes so eloquently.

Books:

Languages of Loss by Sasha Bates

I listened to this book via audiobooks. I found it very raw and very real.

Sasha is a Psychotherapist, so she knows the theories around grief and loss but this is her lived experience following the death of her beloved husband Bill. The writing is so honest and I also loved the humour that came about at times.

A wonderful insight into the many emotions surrounding grief and the ability to move through some of the awful times with support, love and understanding that grief is not linear and always unique
