My Perceived Past

It has certainly been a ride. So much love, exploration, and striving. Also interspersed with traumatic events, losses and misunderstandings that at times took me by surprise and shaped my responses to a seemingly unsafe world from a very young age. I now know that these responses stoked the fires of unhelpful beliefs and behaviours within me resulting in struggles with my mind and in close relationships.
