
A month on I can say I have felt much better after removing many of the media distractions. I closed my personal facebook. I deleted Instagram and made a lot of deletions within my You Tube subscriptions. I gave myself 3 short sessions through the day to look at current news to stay abreast of events, but I stopped scrolling the comments and getting emotionally charged by them. I have taken a lot of accounts of whatsapp, but cannot delete it entirely as I have some business contacts there. Still working on that and will eventually remove it. I stopped notifications from everything. Brought my home phone back to life and enjoy chatting on there. I only really use the mobile for texts, podcasts on a walk and the camera on walks.
